This is a drink you need to have whenever it’s 80 degrees or hotter. I promise it’s like an air conditioner but in a cup, refreshing and so delicious! There are no fancy ingredients required in this drink. I was making dinner once for my siblings, and the only two drinks that I found in mom’s pantry, were White Grape Juice and Ginger Ale. I was standing there trying to choose between the two, when a brilliant idea struck me suddenly. Neither of them were left behind, they both came right out of the pantry. When I combined the two drinks together, I remembered mom’s mint in the garden. You know how a lemon and lime can make a difference? Well, in this case, it made the perfect difference! And there it was… The perfect refreshing cooler.

Ingredients for 1 liter of cooler:

  • 18 oz White grape juice
  • 18 oz Ginger Ale
  • 1 Lemon or Lime
  • 2 stems of Mint (approx 20 leaves)
  • Ice

Instructions for the cooler:

  1. Chop up half of your mint leaves. Leave the rest for garnish. DSC_5549

If you’re interested in these amazing Moscow mule copper mugs (which I die for) … you can find them right here: https://www.amazon.com/Moscow-Hammered-Copper-Ounce-Drinking/dp/B00NJ3MM7O/ref=sr_1_4?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1470347985&sr=1-4&keywords=copper+mugs

They keep your drink cold for longer. My husband only drinks this fizzy mint white grape cooler in these mugs, he says that it tastes much better in them 🙂
